James Huth is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate agent and has a diverse background in marketing, sales, and real estate.
He began his career in commercial real estate as a licensed agent in Massachusetts in 1999 when he was a co-founder of a telecom real estate business, REON Broadband, which was based in Marlboro, MA. It was during this period, Mr. Huth acquired extensive experience working with commercial property owners negotiating leases and easements, specific to the telecom industry.
After selling REON Broadband, Mr. Huth returned to the Philadelphia area in 2004, and ran regional sales for Comcast's NBC 10 Television station. He oversaw all sales efforts for a $50 million portfolio of clients located across the Delaware Valley. It was during this time Mr. Huth co-developed and marketed several TV Shows titled, the "Concept Home", which documented the design, construction, and delivery of a variety of different homes. Mr. Huth was responsible for working closely with both builders, and marketers in order to integrate the two together into the programs.
In 2013, after his departure from NBC 10, Mr. Huth and his wife Jennifer, launched Main Line Lawn & Garden, a landscape design, installation, and property maintenance business which services both residential and commercial clients along the Main Line, which they still co-own today. As a result of working closely with property owners, this inspired Mr. Huth to get back into the real estate business.
Currently, Mr. Huth is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate agent working exclusively on commercial real estate assets, with a sub-specialty focused on the development of wireless telecom facilities on land, rooftops, and other attachments. He also works with the team at Continental's brokerage practice, CRC, to broker businesses that are associated with a property transaction. He is also a Certified Notary Agent in the State of Pennsylvania.
